Here is my answer:
When my back aches from bending over in the garden too long, I head to our local recreation centre for a soak in the warm pool and sit with the jets massaging my muscles.
What's yours? How do you get rid of back pain? I also use Franklin Farm Herbals Strain and Sprain oil, and it is fantastic! Actually,I don’t need to use the whirlpool,when I use her oil. Help other back pain sufferers by adding with your below.
