How to Enter:
(a) By Visiting a Participating Rexall or Pharma Plus Location: Visit any participating Rexall or Pharma Plus location during the Promotion Period and obtain a receipt with an Invitation Message and a unique number imprinted on it. This number (the "PIN") is valid for One (1) On-line Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ game play and One (1) entry to the Grand Prize Draw. Then visit www.rexallrewards.com and enter your PIN, complete and submit an on-line entry form (for one (1) entry to the Grand Prize Draw) and a short survey and you will then advance to the Promotion’s actual Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ game page (the "Game Page").
(b) By Referring Friends: Refer up to 5 friends during the Promotion Period and receive up to five (5) additional entries to the Grand Prize Draw.
Note: An Eligible Entrant can only enter the Grand Prize Draw a maximum of nine (9) times and play the On-line Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ game a maximum of four (4) times during the Promotion period.
(c) Without visiting a Rexall and Pharma Plus location and/or answering a survey and/or referring friend(s): Mail one original, hand-printed request for entry to the Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ Game and Grand Prize Draw Promotion during the Promotion Period setting out your first name, last name, home telephone number, full residential address including postal code and e-mail address (if any), in a postage-paid envelope to:

The Sponsor’s Representative will not honour more than four (4) mailed-in original, hand-printed requests for entry per Eligible Person and/or e-mail address and will not honour more than eight (8) mailed-in, original, hand-printed requests for entry received from the same residential address to the On-line Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ game.
Prizes
Prizes: Shop the Shelf and Win ‘Instant-win’ Game: a. Four (4) two hundred dollar Rexall/Pharma Plus Gift Cards, retail value (RV) per gift card is $200 and b. Ten (10) fifty dollar Rexall/Pharma Plus Gift Cards, retail value (RV) per gift card is $50.
Grand Prize Draw: One (1) Prize of $1,000 Rexall / Pharma Plus Shopping Spree - retail value (ARV) is $1,000.
