All entries must include three recent photographs of the entrant. Note: entrant must not be wearing any makeup in any of the photographs and must include one close face and one head-to-toe photograph.
Entries can be made in one of the following ways:
1) Fill out an the entry form in the April 2009 issue of More Canada Magazine, available on newsstands beginning March 23, 2009, include three recent photographs and send to:

2) Enter online by visiting www.more.ca/modelsearch, download the application form and mail it to the address above with three recent photographs or follow the instructions for submitting application form and photographs online.
